My name is Scarce, and I’ve been a WoW player since release. I started off with an Undead Rogue, and after soloing Scarlet Monastery a few hundred times I realized I was not a fan of this whole farming gold thing. I managed to scrape enough gold together to get my epic land mount, and was totally relieved at the prospect of never needing to grind gold on that scale again…
Yeah right. Both expansions added in at least one giant gold sink, and it didn’t really help when I rerolled a Death Knight with Wrath of the Lich King and pretty much had to start from scratch as far as mount funding goes. I figured there had to be a better way, so I scoured the internets for a solution. After going through the official forums, a bunch of blogs, and 75 pages worth of a thread on the Elitist Jerks forums, the overwhelming consensus seemed to be that doing dailies was the best way to earn gold.
Since I would rather saw my foot off than spend my gaming time doing the same boring thing over and over, and I didn’t want to get my account banned for buying gold, I decided to try out a guide, specifically, WoW Gold Secrets.
To make a long story short, it worked for me, and I figured I’d share the news. I’ve gotten my rogue and my death knight their epic fliers, made a few twinks, and have more than enough to cover my paladin’s expenses when he hits 80.
